CANCELLATION POLICY
At Desert Bloom, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect my time, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 20% cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file.
